the same remark applies to the Parcel Post Agreement concluded between Hongkong and China on 5/22nd June 1909.

Meanwhile, mutual consultation may be proceeded with between

our two Administrations conformably to Article 3.1 and 20.1

of the Universal Postal Convention and Article II of the

Detailed Regulations for the execution of that Convention,

regarding the exchange of mails and parcels.
